On arriving at our premises, we would ask that you wait to be seen at the entrance, maintain social distancing and delay entry if requested to do so. For our joint safety & wellbeing, all clients are required to have their temperature checked on arrival, this will be discretely conducted using a digital, forehead non-contact thermometer. Whilst you are waiting, we would ask that you make use of the automatic hand sanitiser situated to the left of the entrance and sign in using the government Track & Trace App

When should I not visit?

If you are planning on visiting our salon and are showing symptoms similar to those associated with the virus (for example: fever, cough, breathlessness) or have been in close contact with individuals that have been exposed to the virus, we politely ask that you postpone your visit and instead to immediately contact your local health authority or Doctor for further advice and instruction.

For further information, please refer and adhere to the advice given by your local health authority at the following link: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/coronavirus-covid-19-information-for-the-public

Do I need to wear a mask when visiting?

As you will be aware, face coverings are now mandatory in all social and retail environments, but don't worry if you don't have one, one will be provided. We would ask all clients to carefully maintain social distancing throughout the premises by observing instore signage and adhering to the floor markings provided.

Thanks for your patience

We're all ready to go, but it might take a while to get going. Due to demand, you may be waiting longer than we would like.

Can I visit as part of a group?

Due to the current social distancing and the limited space available, we would ask that only clients that are prebooked attend. Should you not have a booking, then the retail areas are available to browse, so long as the guidelines can be followed. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate children within the premises until further notice.

Do you still take cash?

As with other retailers, we would prefer to take payments by card, however yes, we do still accept cash.

Have your prices increased?

Like many businesses, it has been necessary to increase our standard prices by a small amount on a limited selection of items. Due to the additional measures that are required, some treatments are subject to a small surcharge. Our limited surcharges are: Facials and hot stone massage - £5.00, manicures & pedicures - £1.00. If applicable, surcharges are limited to one per client per visit and shall be removed once the government guidelines allow a relaxation of the social distancing rules.

Can I extend my Gift Card?

All Gold Gift Cards have a two year expiry, however should you need to extend this, then simply let us know and we shall be happy to arrange an extension.

What treatments are available?

We are happy to announce that all treatments are now available and that no restrictions apply
