  • What are your opening hours?

    Opening Hours

    We have adapted our opening hours over the years to meet our clients needs, however if you are unable to visit during these times, then please let us know and we will endeavour to arrange an out of hours appointment to suit your schedule.

    Bank Holidays

    We are generally open on most UK Bank Holidays with the exception of Christmas Day and New Years Day. However it is always advisable to check in advance prior to your visit.

  • How can I contact the salon?
  • What Parking Is Available?


    There is adequate free parking available within walking distance of the salon. For short stay and disabled access we have five parking spaces directly in front of our premises.

    Further free parking is now available within 100 yards of the salon, situated adjacent to the junction between Worship Hill and Amherst Hill.

    Should you have any concerns regarding accessibility and feel that you may need assistance, please contact our reception prior to your visit and we will endeavour to make arrangements to facilitate your requirements.

  • What methods of payment are accepted?

    We can accept payment via all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and Maestro.

    We unfortunately no longer accept cheques or American Express and although cash payments are welcome, card payments are preferred.

  • What is your Returns Policy

    Should you wish to return a product to us, we are pleased to offer the following returns policy.

    Unwanted goods may be returned to us up to 14 days from the date of purchase. A refund or exchange will be available against unused items returned in their original condition.

    Where a complimentary or promotional gift has been presented with a purchase, the gift must also be returned.

    All returns require proof of purchase, however some items are subject to further restrictions and exclusions listed below.

    The following items are excluded from our standard returns policy.

    Unwanted, opened cosmetics, perfumes, solutions and other hygienically sealed products.Gift Vouchers & Course Purchases.Sale or discounted items, when returned outside of the promotion period of validity.

    All refunds will be issued in the original form of tender. Cash refunds may be subject to a same day limitations

    Do you sell Gift Vouchers?

    Yes, Gift & Treatment Vouchers are available in-store and by phone and may be redeemed against any of our products and treatments.

    All of our vouchers are presented inside one of our unique gift cards and we are always happy to add a personalised message and arrange deliver if you require.

    Vouchers values - £5, £10, £20, £50 & £100

    Can I use my voucher for any treatment?

    Yes a voucher can be used for any treatment of your choice.

    Will I get change if my voucher value exceeds my purchase?

    Yes change will be given. Whole pounds are re-issued as a replacement voucher and any remaining amount as cash.

    What if my voucher is for a specific treatment?

    This doesn't matter, we will take the monetary value of the voucher and put it towards the treatment of your choice.

    Can I use my voucher to buy products?

    Yes, vouchers can be used to purchase products as well as treatments.

    Can I buy a voucher over the phone and have it sent directly to the recipient?

    Yes. You can call the salon where we will produce the voucher, take payment and have it sent directly to the recipient of your choice. We will also write a personal message of your choice if you wish.

    What is the expiration date of a voucher?

    All vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase. The expiration date is printed on each individual voucher.

  • Booking Guidelines

    Do I need to leave a deposit?

    All bookings that exceed 1 hour 30 minutes require a 20% deposit 48 Hours prior to the date of the appointment.

    Is there a cancellation fee if I cancel my appointment?

    Should you need to cancel or change your appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice, in order to reallocate the treatment time to another client. Short notice of cancellation, change or regularly missed appointments may incur a charge.

    At what age can my child have a treatment?

    We ask that your child is 16 years of age to have a treatment with us at the salon. Treatments may be conducted below this age, however restrictions may apply.

    Do you offer couples treatments?

    Yes, we have a spacious deluxe double room in which you and a partner or friend can have your treatments together and afterwards can relax for 30 minutes with refreshments.

    Can men have treatments?

    Yes, we offer a range of treatments for men including facials, massage and waxing.

    Do you offer courses for treatments?

    Yes, we offer courses in nearly all treatments. If in doubt, please ask in store as we are happy to construct bespoke packages at your request.

  • Treatment Specific Questions

    I am pregnant. Are there any treatments that I should avoid?

    Please ensure that your therapist is aware that you are pregnant prior to your appointment as it may be necessary to adapt your treatment. We generally advise that you refrain from oil based treatments in the first trimester, however if in doubt, please seek our advice at time of booking.

    How long do gel nails last for?

    Gel nails last approximately 14 days, however this can vary and is largely dependant on your lifestyle and the natural condition of your nails.

    How long do lash extensions last?

    Lash Perfect lash extensions can last up to 4-6 weeks with the correct aftercare. That said, as the synthetic lash is attached to the natural lash shaft, it will be shed when the natural lashes reach the end of their growth cycle, this does vary from client to client.
