1. Booking Deposits.
Due to a significant rise in the number of late cancellations, re-bookings and no-shows we now require a deposit of £20.00 for all appointments that have a duration of 60 minutes or more. As you would expect, this payment will be deducted from your total bill on the day of your treatment. Unfortunately, deposits are non-refundable when less than 24 hours’ notice is given to cancel or reschedule an appointment, or in the case of failure to attend with no prior notice.
For all aesthetic appointments including Hydrafacials, Morpheus 8, Forma and Body FX, a £50.00 deposit shall be requested at time of booking.

2. Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that all clients give a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel, reschedule or amend an appointment. Clients on pre-paid courses of treatments, where less than 24 hours’ notice is given to either cancel or reschedule, will have a treatment deducted from their course. Please note, that failure to attend is considered as a cancellation.
3. Gift Cards & Vouchers
Oakwood Beauty Gift Cards are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. We kindly ask that you look after your gift card as if they are cash. Unfortunately, we are unable to replace lost, stolen or damaged cards.
Gift Card balances are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Any funds left on the card after the expiry date will be void. Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with certain in-store offers. Please ask a member of staff for details.
We offer a range of discounted courses for various treatments. All courses & packages must be paid in full, prior to the first treatment. Courses remain valid for 18 months from the date of purchase. Any unused treatments left after this time will be void. We are unable to refund, or part refund any courses except in extreme medical circumstances. In such an occurrence, please contact the management team directly. We are also unable to refund any courses which may have been impacted by events beyond our control.
5. Mobile Phones
In order to maintain a relaxing ambience, we ask all clients to ensure that their mobile phones are set to silent whilst they are in the salon.
Due to the nature of treatments carried out in the salon, we regrettably cannot accommodate young children under the age of 5 years.
7. Confirmation Telephone Calls
All appointment times are confirmed at time of booking. Whilst we will always endeavour to remind customers by phone, prior to their treatment, we ask all clients to keep a record of their appointment. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept responsibility for missed appointments due to prior confirmation issues.
